Why we started

Before AI by AO, we tried to build several businesses of our own, and more than one of them failed. Every time we looked for help, there was nobody who offered it. Nobody to sit down with us, work out what was actually holding the business back and help us fix it.

We decided that if we ever got the chance to be that help for someone else, we would take it. AI by AO is that chance: we use AI and automation to take the repetitive work off small business owners, so they can spend their time growing the business instead of chasing admin.

We are from Yorkshire and we are based in Leeds, so whenever it helps we will meet you in person anywhere in West Yorkshire.

Where are you based?

In Leeds. We meet clients in person across Leeds and West Yorkshire, and work remotely with businesses across the UK.
